2. Youth Empowerment & Leadership

The Foundation develops youth leadership programs focused on civic engagement, entrepreneurship, innovation, mentorship, and life skills development. JAF believes in preparing young people for leadership and nation-building.

JAF works to strengthen people-to-people diplomacy and institutional cooperation between African nations through partnerships with universities, governments, private sector, and development organizations.

The Foundation supports innovation hubs, technical training, digital inclusion, ICT development, creative industries, sports development, and entrepreneurship incubation programs.

5. Culture, Sports & Creative Arts

JAF recognizes the role of culture and sports in social transformation. The Foundation promotes sports diplomacy, cultural exchange, fashion, music, media, and creative arts as tools for youth empowerment.
